The “Red Scarf House” project is for the family of two team members Huynh Thi Sang Ni (grade 4) and Huynh Thi Ngoc Yen (grade 6) who are in difficult housing situations. The house is located in Thanh Binh Hamlet, Binh Thanh Commune (Thanh Phu). The construction area is 60m², the total construction cost is 80 million VND, with the Provincial Team Council supporting 40 million VND, Thanh Phu District Youth Union supporting 5 million VND, Thanh Phu District Farmers’ Association supporting 5 million VND, the rest is contributed by the family.

The project “Youth Shelter” was given to Mr. Nguyen Van Truong’s family who is facing housing difficulties. The house is located in Thanh Tan Hamlet, Binh Thanh Commune (Thanh Phu). The construction area is 60m², the total construction cost is 90 million VND, with the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam, Ben Tre branch supporting 60 million VND, the rest is contributed by the family.
According to Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Vietnam Youth Union of the province Phan Thanh Tre, the projects aim to celebrate the 80th anniversary of the People's Public Security Tradition Day (August 19, 1945 - August 19, 2025) and the 20th anniversary of the National Day for National Security Protection (August 19, 2005 - August 19, 2025). At the same time, to support people with difficult housing circumstances in Thanh Phu district, carry out the emulation movement "Join hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses" and respond to the "Summer Youth Volunteer" Campaign of Ben Tre province in 2025.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union - Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Phan Thanh Tre expressed his appreciation for the support and contributions of the units that have accompanied the youth of the province in implementing the policy of joining hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in the province. At the same time, he acknowledged the positive contribution of working days of the local youth union members.
At the inauguration ceremony, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee and the locality presented gifts to the households. On this occasion, the locality presented letters of thanks to the units that supported the construction of the houses. The delegates planted souvenir trees in the yard of the newly-gifted houses.
