Currently, at the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace, many gifted classes have been put into operation. Classrooms such as: Music, traditional musical instruments, IT, English... are all fully equipped with facilities, ensuring good training for children. Mr. Thai Quang Thanh - Deputy Director of the Provincial Children's House said that before the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace was handed over, the unit urgently arranged personnel, recruited teachers and built an enrollment plan to start operating from June 1. Therefore, from the inauguration day, the unit promptly received the handover of completed items that could be used immediately to open gifted classes and train children. Currently, the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace has opened the following classes: English; musical instruments and vocals; children's MC class; life skills class, group - team skills; musical actor class; information technology; practice beautiful handwriting, reading skills, calligraphy... Currently, some skill classes such as: Basketball, badminton, swimming, soccer have not been put into teaching because they are related to items that have not been handed over such as swimming pool, multi-purpose gymnasium, soccer field... The items that have not been handed over are currently being completed by the Provincial Development Project Management Board and handed over no later than July 31. Immediately after receiving, the Provincial Children's House will put into operation as soon as possible, ensuring effectiveness.

According to Mr. Thanh, since the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace project came into operation, it has received many positive responses from parents and students when bringing their children to study and play. However, with a larger and wider scale than the previous Provincial Children's House, the unit is currently coordinating with the Provincial Development Project Management Board to ensure stable operations in the immediate future, while developing management and use projects for public assets so that the items operate effectively. In particular, some items will be organized for bidding for operation and management to ensure compliance with regulations...

With some initial difficulties in management and operation, recently, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with relevant parties on the organization, operation and management of the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace. According to the meeting conclusion issued on June 17, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Thieu requested the Provincial Development Project Management Board to promptly hand over to the Provincial Youth Union and the Provincial Children's House the completed equipment and construction items to put into operation; continue to coordinate with the Provincial Children's House to effectively operate the project until July 31 (after which the Provincial Children's House will be responsible for management, use and operation)... For the Provincial Children's House, in the immediate future, use the current apparatus and human resources to manage, operate and immediately organize activities; quickly expand the scale and content of activities on the basis of maximizing resource capacity; Propose methods of operating electricity, water, air conditioning systems... (research and choose the option of staff or service contracts), in the immediate future, a 6-month contract. For the work of protecting, caring for trees, and sanitation, proceed to build a budget according to the service contract method...

In addition, the provincial leaders requested the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Youth Union to direct the Provincial Children's House to urgently develop a Project on management and use of public assets, submit it to competent authorities for approval before June 25; coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs to guide the Provincial Children's House to complete the dossier, carry out procedures to submit to competent authorities to establish the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace, before August 31; the Provincial Police pay attention to and support the work of ensuring security and order, preventing social evils in the area of ​​the Provincial Children's Cultural Palace...
